To enter Canada with a criminally inadmissible record are there any other options available other than rehabilitation?
| A Temporary Resident Permit can be provided for a person under the most pressing situation even that person is totally inadmissible under any criminality. It can be provided on the circumstances when the urgency or the importance of situation is more than the criminality for which they have been accused of, e.g. meeting a dying mother.
