Applicants who all are of age 18 and above must submit this certificate to Canada Immigration for Permanent Resident Visa from their country where they lived six months or more than that after their 18th birthday. This certificate helps to know about their criminal activities and clear their security checking. If there is any case under their name then they are not allowed to immigrate.

In some country they won’t provide this kind of certificate, in those countries you have to get letter from the officials indicating as that they won’t provide this kind of certificates.
