If the sponsor does not have enough financial stability to qualify then the financial ability of the spouse, or common law partner or conjugal partner can be combined to get qualified.

If the financial abilities are not satisfied even after the combination of the Sponsor and the co-signer then the Family Sponsorship Application will be rejected. The financial stability need not be demonstrated if the Sponsored person is the Sponsors spouse or common-law partner or conjugal partner or the Dependent child.
