The Sponsor should be able to prove that he can take care of all the financial needs of the Sponsored persons and the accompanying dependent. This condition is not needed to be satisfied

• If the sponsored person is the spouse, common law partner or conjugal partner

• If the sponsored child is the dependent child of the Canadian Sponsor.
